Versa just 5 days old and wont keep time. I take it it's because it's not syncing. I have went through the troubleshooting...I have the galaxy note 8....ready to send it back.

Donnak1160 - same here. I got my versa 4 days ago and the only way I can get mine to sync, is by doing all the "steps (turning off, restarting, deleting app etc)" multiple times, each time I want or need it to sync up. I'm giving this thing until the weekend and it's going back if not.

Same. Absolutely will not sync to samsung galaxys9. I have restarted phone, reset versa, changed wifi networks, deleted app. Nothing works. I had alta and no problems sync or pairing issues, but this is not working.

Hi Donnak1160,
Try restarting your phone and your Versa. Hope that helps.
