I got my Versa back in July of this year. September 20th it stops syncing with my phone (Android). I contact support they blame my phone said sometimes when its not comparable it'll work for a little bit and randomly stop working. Had my phone for nearly 2 years and my previous Fitbit devices worked fine. I found it was working with my tablet (Android). Today October 5th my Versa stopped syncing with my tablet. My versa will not connect to either of my 2 PCs. I tried to contact support via live chat only to have the person 'helping' me end the chat without any help. I've tried everything I've seen online to fix my issues with no luck at all. My charge 2 works fine with syncing but not my Versa yet my devices are the one to blame according to Fitbit..?

Hi, when you're syncing with your tablet, are there any other BT enabled devices nearby, like your phone. If yes, turn their BT off or move them outside BT range. Do you have the latest Fitbit version? What you can try to do is:
1. Desinstall Fitbit app
2. Do not unpair you Versa.
3. Restart your tablet without enabling BT.
4. Reinstall Fitbit app and start syncing
5. Your tablet will tell you that it cannot sync because BT is disabled and if can enable BT.
6. Press yes and you get a list of BT devices your tablet detects. The Versa should be in that list.
7. Press ready and start syncing again.
Hope this solves you problem. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Pandoura , glad to be of help and good to read that it's syncing again!!!
BTW, next time the problem occurs, stop Fitbit app and restart your tablet and restart Fitbit. Works always for me when my tablet is very slow in the syncing process.
