Hi need some help tried all the usual uninstalling the app factory rest Updated phone and versa removed all BT on phone just left versa but yet again still not connecting to the BT when it has worked fine for months had trouble before like this need so assistance as I’m going to go with another brand

I am having the same problems, for the last two weeks I am spending at least an hour holding the versa up against my mobile and it just won't sync, It's doing my head in. It's a lot of money and less reliable than the charge 2, wish I never got this one. It's already been exchanged for not counting steps on the treadmill or stairs, this one is not much better. How can I make this sync????
