Versa not syncing with iPhone XS

I’m VERY FRUSTRATED with my Versa not syncing to the iPhone app!!!!!!!!  WHAT WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS???? I’ve done everything in your suggestions multiple times, resetting and deleting the Versa and the app and reinstalling, turning Bluetooth on and off,, getting close to the router. What is the problem?  It synced once and won’t do it again.  What is happening here?  Why isn’t anyone working on this problem? Thinking of getting the Apple Watch. So annoying.

Thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with syncing your Fitbit Versa with your iPhone XS. I am sorry to hear you are going through this situation. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend confirming that your phone is on the list of supported devices at http://www.fitbit.com/devices. I am also having the same problem. I have an iPhone Xs max and several days ago my phone stopped synching even though it appears to be connecting via my bluetooth. I also have followed all the steps you've mentioned to correct the issue multiple times and still have had no success. This is very frustrating! It was working fine for months -what is going on???

My daughter has a fitbit versa 2 and she was using it on her Ipod touch and it worked fine.. She now has an IPhone Xs and it wasn't synching... I did a factory reset on the Vera 2 and then tried to reconnect it to the phone. The phone finds the watch, but then says connecting and the wheel keeps turning, but it doesn't ever go any farther.

Oh and now the watch will only show instructions that say to connect to the app in every language

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bboozer1.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your daughter's Versa 2 not reconnecting to her iPhone XS after the factory reset. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend confirming if the device is removed from the Bluetooth settings on the iPod touch and iPhone:

1. Go into your device's Bluetooth menu.

2. Tap on the icon next to the Fitbit Versa 2.

3. Press Forget this device.

Please follow the troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
