Versa not syncing workouts to the Fitbit app.

I press the workout button before working out and I hit the finish flag one my workout is complete, however- after I get all the results (calories burned, heart rate ) it just does not show up on my Versa nor does it show up on my phone. Help 😯

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Are you using an iPhone or an Android phone? Have you updated the app recently? If so, please sync your Versa and if go to the Activities Section of the online Dashboard. If your exercises are showing here, please try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-quit it, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
