Versa not syncing

I bought my versa on Saturday and it was syncing successfully until yesterday, now it won't synch to either my phone samsung galaxy S3 or my tablet. 

Also my workouts from yesterday are not showing on the fitbit versa screen.

I bought mine last year as soon as they came out and never really had much of a problem with it syncing until recently, maybe it’s the latest update.
