Hi. I've just bought the new versa and nothing is syncing at all. I know the system was down yesterday but it now says it's been resolved. I've forced stopped and deleted the app and re-installed but this still isn't working. Please could someone help me.

Hey @Deez78, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! That is correct, we had this issue a few days ago, but our team has rolled out a fix and all Fitbit Versa users should now be able to use their devices normally. However, if you still getting syncing issues with your Versa, I suggest you to review the information in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

I am having the same issues today. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling..turning versa on and off..turned bluetooth on and off. Nothing is working. When i go to sync it says its found and then gives the error.

Hi. I rang fitbit and they took me through some stuff and the thing that worked for me was deleting all my bluetooth devices and re-installing everything and also deleting my fitbit and and re-insre-installing that too.

Have you tried ringing fitbit customer services as they are very helpful.

I havent tried calling. I saw some other people were having issues with the versa too. My scale is syncing fine so i dont know what the issue is.

@SunsetRunner, welcome aboard. Thanks for trying to fix this prior posting in the Community. Let me ask you this, what is the phone that you are using to sync? Is it a compatible device? In the meantime, I'd like you to try to sync with a computer or with a different compatible device and let me know how it goes!

Good Morning. My versa will not sync to any of my devices. I was installed originally but with syncing problems. It deleted everything in an effort to reinstall and the versa will not reinstall on my phone also cannot get it to sync with my computer. I have a galaxy s8 I also tried my galaxy s6
