Versa not syncing

I have recently bought a Versa, previously I had an Alta. Neither phone syncs regularly. Sometimes it takes 3 days. I usually have to sync using a Samsung tablet and them miraculously the phone syncs. Is it just the Huawei phone that causes these issues. I have had a Huawei 10 and a an 8 Lite same issue with both phones?

As our friend here said, when a phone isn't compatible it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

If you also are interested in deleting one of the Fitbit you have, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap the image for the device you want to remove.
  3. Tap the trash icon.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the device from your account.

For starters, neither phone is a supported device. If you have 2 trackers still on your account, try deleting the one not used.
