Versa not syncing

Hi all,

 

I have recently bought a Versa for my dad, who has an iPhone 6. The Versa will not connect to the iPhone at all. I have tried suggestions from the forums and various websites. Does anyone have a solution for this?

 

I have tried connecting other Bluetooth devices to the iPhone 6 and it works. I have also managed to connect the Versa to an iPad as well as my iPhone 7. I have updated the iPhone 6 to the latest apple software. I have tried resetting the phone, reinstalling the Fitbit app and restarting the Versa but still nothing. I am getting really frustrated as I bought this for him with past experience of Fitbit being simple to use and easy to set up.

 

Someone please help?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your dad's Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
