I have had the Versa for a few months now and never had a problem. It syncs with my iPhone 8+ and I could log in through my computer. Now, it's not syncing at all. I have tried all of the recommended tips - turning on and off bluetooth, restarting phone, etc. I am hoping someone can help me fix the problem! Thank you

I have only had my Versa for not even a week yet and it won't sync at all. It did when I first set it up but now nothing. I've restarted my phone, the Fitbit, the Bluetooth, unpaired repaired. Nothing is working...
