Versa not syncing

It doesn’t sync no matter what I try.

  • Resting it
  • Unpairing it
  • Resting the app

Doing it by computer and everything else.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend checking the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
