As of yesterday my versa will not sync. It's extremely frustrating as a customer who loved your products. I have done everything and it will not work. This will be the last product i buy from fitbit. Very disappointed

What is going on with Fitbit? Doesn’t sync but tells me when I need to move but doesn’t register steps. It’s not just Versa- had a blaze doing same thing so thought upgrade needed bought Versa and same problem. Unhappy!!

Also, I suggest checking our list of compatible mobile devices.

No it doesn't help. When us fitbit going to ever update android phones. My phone has all the requirements but still isn't on the list. It worked with my phone on Monday until 12pm. So telling me it's not compatible is a joke. I am so done with fitbit 😡
