Hi all - hoping for some advice.
As of a few weeks ago my fitbit's been refusing to sync correctly.
I've tried:
+Removing my versa from my account and setting it up as a new device.
+Turning off my mobile Bluetooth and turning it on again.
+Updating the fitbit app and my phone's android version.
Today I managed to sync it but my heart rate data still remains empty since 22nd November and all exercise seems to have been logged at 1 calorie per minute. It won't re-sync.
Happy to try all and any suggestions, as long as they don't use my fitbit's back button (this is unresponsive).

Hi @DevonHarper, is your screen responsive at all?
You could try doing a Factory Reset, which will unfortunately wipe out all your data stored on your Versa (if it's been synced to the app, this won't be affected).
To do a Factory Reset without buttons, swipe left until you see "Settings". Tap it, and then scroll until you see "About". Then tap it, and scroll until you see "Restore To Factory Settings". Tap that, and then follow the prompts on the Versa to set it back up again.
