I bought a Fitbit Versa (Special edition) in BestBuy Veracruz México, but since I start the sync, connection, Bluetooth versa, Bluetooth versa (Classic), etc. the fitbit send the information to my cellphone, but minutes later the sync broke it. I restart the watch and my cellphone more than 10 times in less than 24 hrs. and I'm tired; I want, need refund of my purchase. what steps I need follow to obtain this refund. I need contact directly BestBuy México or the follow-up is with you?
