My versa time is wrong and has not synced in about a week...Need help.. Its new, i started using it in January

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that your Versa needs to sync in order for the time to update correctly. With that said I would like to ask you if you have you restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
