Versa not syncing

Hi @SunsetRunner,

I tried all your steps and still no luck. 😞

I am really missing my Versa.

Hey @Nessa_s, great to see you around and @SunsetRunner thanks for the input.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue by yourself and would like to know which steps have you tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend following the ones provided in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Hello,

 

I have tried everything from the fitbit help to what i have found online and i still have no luck.

I have had my versa for almost a year and then all of a sudden it stopped syncing and i couldn't get it to sync no matter what i did.  I rebooted my fitbit, i removed the app and reinstalled it and finally i even set my fitbit back to the factory default and now i can't even get it to set up on my phone any longer.  I am lost without my fitbit as this is the 3rd version i have purchased.  Please let me know what other step can be done as i have tried everything.
