My versa will not sync properly. Continually asks to be paired with device it is already paired with. Calls/Messages/Notifications Not appearing on Versa 50% of the time. All day sync doesn't work. Continually says Bluetooth issues. Never had this issue with my Charge 2.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for syncing issues.
Regarding the notifications difficulties that your Versa is experiencing, please try the troubleshooting steps advised in this help page and let me know if the issues get fixed.

None of this helped as not just my phone device won't sync to correctly. It is my computer & i-pad as well. I have an android phone Samsung Galaxy. Never had an issue like this before. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled it. I have tried un-pairing and pairing again. Keeps saying I have Bluetooth issues on my phone but I know for a fact I don't as other Bluetooth devices (speakers/headphones) work fine. I am unimpressed Versa cost us alot of money & was supposed to be an upgrade. However it doesnt work consistently. At least my flex & charge worked. Versa or fitbit app is useless at the moment. I been a big fan of Fitbit for years, now I am disappointed.
