My versa isn't syncing the only time it does is whe I place it on the charger. It says full battery. I have tried turning bluetooth off, uninstalling the app, deleting my Fitbit, I have tried it all.

Hi @Cassie1992 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
