Hello @Nestea, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Make sure the lights on the back are flashing, if they're not, go to the Settings app on your Versa and check that "Heart Rate" is ON.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I have the same problem in that my Versa stopped trackinge my heart bpm after I took it off the charge. All other tracking is functional. I tried what you suggested about holding down the 2 side buttons, i.e left and lower right until the emblem appeared. The back lights never started 'flashing'. Any suggestions?

Checked settings as well and heartbeat tracking is ''on".

Heart rate heart rate is on. Versace quit tracking heart rate three days ago. No lights. Pushed two buttons as suggested and no lights. I also noticed three days ago it quit tracking sleep as well as was not accurately tracking excersise /steps/calories that I do every day. Ready to return it

It’s fixed. It was not turned on. Thanks
