Is it true that there is a bug in the Versa/Versa 2 software? Is this bug the reason why the watch is unable to monitor our heart rate anymore? unable to track our sleep? (couple of key features that enticed many of us to purchase!)
I started a topic 4 days ago hoping someone would get in touch with me about what I can or can't do after my Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate/sleep. Instead of help from support, all I found out was that I'm not alone. There are so many of us that have paid almost $300 for a watch that isn't functioning properly.
If there is a bug - can someone please tell me (and others) what is being done to fix this (if anything?). When will the heart rate monitoring start working again?
Did we all make a huge expensive mistake buying this malfunctioning watch?
