Help! My Versa is not tracking the miles correctly. I just went for a walk with my Husband and his Versa showed his mileage was 2.03 miles my Versa showed 1.3 miles My steps were 3,593

This morning I've been walking for 28 min, 3616 steps and it's showing .51 miles....very frustrating!

This is happening to me too and so far I haven’t heard back from anyone. Very frustrating.
