I bought a versa last Sunday and the sleep tracker has serious issues and states my average sleep is 4hrs 8 minutes! Last night for example it stopped tracking at 00.03 and then started again at 01.27. Throughout the week it has not tracked several hours of sleep. The other issue I have is that it creates one log up until midnight and another log after midnight rather than show it as one night's sleep. My friends have a charge 2 and have no problems. Being more expensive and newer I would have expected the versa to be better. Can anyone help me please?

Hello @AndyBristol, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared your situation with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, place it a bit higher on your wrist and monitor it for the next night. Make sure the Versa is able to track your heart rate and if you're still having trouble with the watch not tracking your sleep logs correctly, please let us know.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anythign else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

My fitbit versa does not keep track of sleep properly. It will either not track sleep or if I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and back to bed it stops tracking from that point forward. When I received it at christmas it did not do this. It started after you updated something. Please help I need this for health purposes and am so disappointed. What is going on? I have reset several times, cleaned unit as stated in other posts. What happened? Why can't you guys get this straightened out?
