Versa won't display

I am so sad. My Versa display doesn't work all of a sudden. I can feel it vibrating when I hold the buttons and the green light on the back is still working.

I have done the following:

1. Charged it

2. Hard reset

3. Turned it off/on again

Help! I miss my little buddy!
