I've noticed that my Versa sleep tracker has not been tracking my sleep accurately since they pushed the new version. I've tried some of the suggestions from the help community to no avail.

Hello @MawW, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Would it be possible for you to let us know which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already?
Additionally, let us know if your Versa is not trackign sleep in general or if you're not able to see Sleep Stages, this will be very helpful for us to check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I am posting for my dad. we both have a versa. Mine is ticking along nicely, syncing to my Samsung S8. All my stats showing.
However my dad's versa in the last 2 weeks is not showing his detailed sleep stages. And on the versa itself , only shows hours and when swiping it shows a sold white line? He syncs his versa to a windows 10 PC. Please help.

BTW I have restarted dad's versa, I have stopped short of a factory reset.

In my case, the Versa is frustratingly plain wrong. Here's my sleep stages from last night. Notice it says I'm deep sleep from 8:12 to 9:23? I TOOK MY VERSA OFF after I finished mowing before 8(so I could shower) and didn't put it back on until after 9(I'm assuming 9:23ish). I then didn't go to bed until 10 something. I'm highly disappointed in my purchase when the thing routinely can't even tell I'm not wearing it.
The app is a joke, when I click to try and get details, it's not showing what I clicked on. How is clicking the middle of the red "deep sleep"?
Here's the "heart rate" recordings, showing me having a heart rate while the stupid watch was on the counter and I was laying in the tub. I'm really angry that I actually paid extra for the special edition model. I'm used to MS Band and Band 2, both worked flawlessly, I thought I'd be upgrading going to the top of the line Fitbit but I'm just disgusted.
