Versa not tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought a Fitbit versa 2 weeks ago. It was tracking everything well, but now my sleep still shows that of four days ago and it hasn't tracked it for the last 3 days.

Surprisingly when I sync with my android phone, the phone shows me my sleep.

Please help me, I don't want to return this device.

Hi, did you activate Sleep in the Today screen of your Versa? Swipe from the bottom of your home display to get the Todays screen and and scroll down untill you see "Sleep". If you do not see that, csroll down untill you see settings in the Today screen and enable Sleep. Restart your Versa after that.

@Chiclets Welcome to the forum. Your Versa tracked your sleep as it was synced to Fitbit servers and you can see it in the Fitbit mobile app. It seems that the calculated data wasn't synced back to Versa to be displayed in the Today app. Please log out and log back in to your Fitbit mobile app and try syncing Versa several times. It may take several syncs to sync the data back. If this does not help, please uninstall Fitbit mobile app, re-install it, reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears) and sync. Again, this may take a while as reinstalling Fitbit app will trigger an update of the Today app.
