My Versa is not tracking steps or heart rate. Watch has been factory reset and there in no green light on back. It is charging. Help please.

Same here. I’ve done the factory reset so many times that I’ve lost count. This is my 5th and LAST Fitbit (2 Ionics and 3 Versas). Of course, it happens after the warranty has expired so I am not going to even contact support. Jumping the Fitbit ship for something more reliable!
