Versa not tracking steps

I'm so aggravated at this thing! Steps are being tracked accurately.  I walk all day and only half my steps (if that much) are being tracked.  I've reset it, turned off auto stride length and even measured my stride, still this blasted thing doesn't track. I had better success wth the Charge 2.  And Fitbit doesn't seem to answer anyone's questions/ problems in this forum.  I wish I hadn't upgraded, I wish I could return this "piece of useless nothing". Big mistake buying this!

I just started having the same problems. My problems started after it started glitching after going for a swim. This device is NOT waterproof!

I definitely miss my Surge and am greatly disappointed in the Versa.
