My Versa is a black screen after factory reset. It was updating when I went to sleep and now is a dimly lit black screen.

Thank you for sharing all this information about the difficulties you've experienced with your Versa showing a black screen after the factory reset.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you you've also tried the regular restart procedure as described in this article? This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar with the display.
