Versa not turning on

Updated my Versa today (have it 5 weeks). The update completely messed up my tracker, drained my battery and now my tracker is dead! Won’t even charge! Oh and I️ did every single troubleshooting listed. My experience with customer service was lackluster and they don’t listen! I️ had to send a video to prove my tracker isn’t working. Guess what it’s still not resolved! I’m beyond annoyed!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if our support team has offered you a solution regarding the charging issue you are having with your Versa?
