I have had my Fitbit Versa for less than a month (5/24/18), everything was great until yesterday (6/19/18) ... I went to check the time and I got nothing, I thought it needed a charge when I took it off the light on the back was flashing green I checked the app on my phone and it said battery life was medium ... I've tried charging it, the light on the back is still flashing green but everything else seems dead ....any ideas?

Almost same exact thing happened to me.
Contact Customer Support if the reset doesn't work
