Versa not turning on

My Versa is not turning on if I removing it from charger. It has full charging still the display is coming only when it is connected to charger. I tried restoring factory settings still no luck.. please help me in this regard.

If the factory reset didnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
