I have had increasing trouble with my Fitbit Versa. My problems started with my pace being off while running. Then, the tracker just randomly shutting down during swim workouts. Also, the clock became slow. After all this, I did a factory reset, which helped the clock problem only.
Today while swimming, my watch turned off showing the battery had died (I had just charged the battery fully, yesterday). After connecting to the charger for a few hours, my watch still won’t turn on. I have tried suggested solutions that have not worked. When I hold all three buttons down, a backlight dimly flashes on and off every 10 seconds or so.
Currently researching alternatives, but I really want this to work! Please help!!
