Versa not turning on.

I bought my Versa three months ago.

 

It was working fine until yesterday that turned off itself (the battery had been charge the night before). The watch was suppose to have power enough to keep it on, but it turned off. 

 

I proceed to charge the versa. When it was charged, it turned on itself but the touch screen stop working, so I looked for help in the community and I followed the instructions to restart the watch in the following link How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

The result was that the versa turn off and now I am not able to turn it on (it looks dead). I tried to plug into the charger to see if it turn on but it does not.
