Hello,
My Fitbit Versa will not turn on nor charge. I've tried holding the top right and left buttons down, but that did not work. I tried holding all 3 down for 5 minutes, but that did not work. I have left it on the charger for a straight 24 hours with no signs of life. What are my options?

Hello,
I've followed the steps you sent, but the device is still unresponsive. For further context, this watch was purchased in 2018 and is the original Versa. Is it possible the battery needs to be replaced?
