Help! My Versa is not responsive. It is less than 2 years old and won’t turn on. It flashed the other day saying I had less than 20% battery remaining and then an hour later it went black. I put it on the charger and it normally flashes at me but nothing happened. I have left it on the charger and have tried to restart it and used everyone’s suggestions in regards to holding buttons down. 

I have read all the instructions on why it won’t turn on including problems with the charger but nothing seems to work!

Same problem for me.

There was a firmware update 3 days back. After the update my versa won't switch on. And it is discharging battery even when it's off. I can only switch it on while it is on charging. Can anyone help? How do I roll back the firmware update?
