My versa is getting all my messages and notifications but has stopped vibrating when I get them, I can see them on the pull down screen but when they arrive nothing vibrates. The vibrate on my versa works when I’m tapping and selecting things just not for my notifications. How can I fix this?

@Beth_holmz Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Versa stopped vibrating when getting notifications all of a sudden. In order to correct this issue, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications, restart your phone and turn on the notifications again in order to see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same issues. I am getting the text messages on my Versa, but no vibrations. I have restarted the Versa as described in help article, turned off notification, restarted my phone, and then turned notifications back on. Also took step further and reinstalled app on my phone and still no vibrations. Any other suggestions for Android phone?

@SamFit1 Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since its vibration function is not working properly even though you've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Make sure to sync your Versa before the factory reset in order to avoid losing current data. After this, check out if your Versa vibrates properly.

Didn't want to go through the hassle of a factory reset on my phone, I did clear the cache on my fitbit app, but that didn't work either. Continue to try some other fixes and finally found one that worked. I removed the Versa device from my the Fitbit app and then reinstalled it. It now vibrates when messages comes through again
