Vista not holding charge

My Vista is just around 1yr old. In the last few weeks it will only hold a charge for less than 24hrs. Nothing has been changed over the year. Reading other comments, this seems to be a problem around 1yr. I've disabled almost everything but what is the purpose of the Vista if I can't use the options it is supposed to provide? Has anyone had any luck in remedying this issue?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see each time the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

Did 6 resets. Recharged to 100% at 11:00pm. At 8:30am it was at 69%. 😞

Hi, contact Customer Support about it and ask for a battery test. Also mention that you already tried to fix the problem by doing the "restart procedure". Good luck!!
