Hi, if you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you're using a Fitbit Clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. After that sync your Versa with the Fitbit app and see if the time problem is solved. This restart procedure resets the internal system of your Versa.
