Versa not working after getting wet

My Versa got wet while washing up (not the first time) and I noticed it wasn't working. I put it in a bag of rice then charged it and tried to re-start it but it won't turn on. It also got quite warm while it was charging and there are now moisture droplets on the inside of the sensors. What else can I try?

Hi @Katie3110 - if the damage from overheating due to moisture isn't too severe it may work a bit but will need to be in rice for a week or may be longer as it will extract the moisture very slowly.

I use a blow dryer on low heat & not too close up… you don’t want device getting hot, just dry. I also noticed mine has charging issues when I use an older charging block so you might try using a diff one… good luck 🤞
