Versa not working after swim

So I got my Fitbit versa less than a year ago, to pair with my iPhone 8plus. I never brought it swimming, maybe only into the shower a few times or it got splashed on, so small things like that. A few weeks ago I went to a water park and swam with it on. I probably only went 1 meter down swimming and the rest was just getting splashed with water slides and what not. That night my Fitbit started glitching out and doing things on its own. When I would try to shut it down and turn it back on, it still wouldn’t work. Now it won’t charge or turn on. The screen is fine(no cracks). Like I said it’s been less than a year since I bought it, could I possibly get a new or refurbished versa?

Thanks

@Emjmuse I will be honest. This should not happen. I could advise you to perform a factory reset, but my best gut feeling says it's water damage. I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page. As you're still within the warranty period, you'd better use it.
