I'm posting as I've tried all the help I've found on the forums and nothing is working.
My Versa has just stopped working. It worked fine yesterday and I went for a swim with it. It logged the swim fine and the battery was fine. I've not had any email through about low battery or anything. I woke up at around 4am and went to check the time but my watch didn't turn on. I got up and went to put it on charge but it didn't respond to being put in the charger. I left it and went back to bed. Got up 2 hours later and the Versa felt warm but still was not responding to anything. My app said the Versa had last synced at 2pm and my battery was medium.
I have tried to reset it by holding the left and right button. I have tried to factory reset by holding all three.
Nothing has worked and it is still just showing a black screen and nothing else.
Any help greatly appreciated. It's less than a year old and I'm hoping I can find the warranty 😞

Hi, I would advice yo to contact Customer Support. They can perform a battery test for you.
