Versa not working

My Versa will not sync. I have tried syncing through WIFI and Bluetooth for the past 4 weeks and nothing. Any suggestions?

My Fitbit will not sync and is not recognized by my phone.  It has been not working for a month now. And Fitbit has no fix

You should call customer service. I just spoke with them and they're sending me a replacement versa.

No, I found out that my husband bought an extended warranty. That's probably why they sent a new one.
