Versa not working

My Versa is 9 months old and has stopped working. How can I get a replacement?

The first step in making a warranty claim is to contact customer support via one of the options at: contact.fitbit.com 

 

Before doing that you may want to try restarting your fitbit - it does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
