Any idea when they will do another update to fix the notification problems? It is so frustrating. I know I am not alone and I am sure it is being worked on, I was just wondering if there is any idea when it might be working again. I have done every possible idea given on the boards and nothing has worked. I assume it is from the last update since it was working until I did the update. Any time frame would be appreciated. Thanks

Their last comment on my "incident" was they were working on it but didn't have a timeframe for a fix. After working great for more than a week, mine broke again today. What has worked for me is quitting the app, turning off Bluetooth, (wait a minute or so) turn Bluetooth back on, open app, sync. And it works again. Not sure if I could just turn off/on Bluetooth and get the same effect. Guess I will try that next time. 😞

I tried several things; shutting off BT & re-sync, complete shut off the watch, even tried switching to a different messenger. Bright side is my phone call notifications work.

Mines doing the same. 😕 ERRR thanks. Glad it’s not my BRAND NEW Fitbit. Worked the first week and now won’t vibrate. Get the messages but don’t even know I do. Guess I’ll shut of Bluetooth again and see if that works
