I have seen multiple threads with the same problem and I have followed several solutions. Versa test calls are fine but that's it. I have locked the app, cleared my Bluetooth devices, shut down my phone for a couple minutes, off battery optimization....etc. but nothing seems to work. The app still prompts me to restart my phone and I'm still " all caught up" even though I have a few notifications on my phone. I know my phone (redmi note 7) is not on the revered compatibility list, so what else can I do.
Please send help.

I'd love to know how to solve this problem too. Got my Versa Lite on Saturday and so far have done two full reboots, have had to reset the app several times and restart my phone 3 times to get any kind of notification and even then it only lasts for a couple of hours before stopping again - 4 days and it hasn't functioned fully for one of them! So disappointed with this watch/tracker and I actually opted for it over the Garmin version - bad decision on my part!

I got this as a gift from a friend. Am now feeling a bit guilty for inflicting major wallet damage for a glorified step tracker...

Hey Lunachick9, I was scouring the forums and stumbled on a solution that seems to work.
Settings>manage apps>fitbit>autostart
I also set no restrictions on battery saver and notifications seem to be coming through.
Hope this works for you too!
