I have all the extra stay connected and all that details on my versa. Recently it stopped staying connected and it hasn't connected since Tuesday now and I've tried reinstalling the app, deleting my versa from the Bluetooth and reconnecting, turning phone on and off with and without Bluetooth on. I have no idea what else to do to make this **ahem** thing connect and stay connected.

Hi @sycokittykat what phone are you using (make and model)? Is it on the Supported Devices List ? It sounds rathernlike a compatability issue.

There seems to be a higher rate of connectivity issues with the latest Android Fitbit app update.
I agree with @NellyG
Log out of the fitbit app
After removing the Fitbit from the phones Bluetooth.
Log back in.
The app is going to prompt you to connect the tracker, tap on the promptings.
Now go to versa / Notifications you will get more prompts to agree with.
