Versa only displaying the time

My versa is not showing any information regarding steps, distance, calories or heart rate.  It is only showing the time.  It still records this information on the app on my phone.  Well it did a month ago but I am that fed up with it I've stopped wearing it.  I have restarted and reset it but it hasn't rectified the problem.  Can anyone help.  Thanks

Does the information show on the "Today" screen (when you swipe up from the clock)? I'm wondering if it's a problem with the clockface you are using, in which case changing clocks may fix it.

Hi SteveH. Thank you for replying. I've had my watch for approximately a year and the watch face I'm using has always been ok. I have tried everything I can think of. I will charge it tomorrow and change the watch face and see if that solves it. Thanks for your advice............Ann

I woke up to the same exact problem. Have always used this clock face. UPDATE: I went into the app and changed the clock face and it worked. I then changed it back to the clock face I had in the first place and it has been working fine. Weird, but likely a little bug.

My versa started doing the same thing, it doesn’t track steps or heart rate it just gives me the time. I have restarted, changed my clock face, ( I have used a couple different clock faces over the past and never had any issues) did a factory reset and nothing.....

my Fitbit is maybe a year old! I would like some suggestions on what to do to fix it before I bite the bullet and throw it in my junk drawer....Thanks!
