Yesterday I have updated fitbit software. The software update took almost 30 to 40 minutes. The logo become green after restarting the device it's not going anywhere.. Just log is appearing constantly and after 4 to 5 hours it says battery is low. How to fix this. Please help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting. Since the restart process didn't fix your Versa, please try the following steps to perform a factory reset:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
