Hi @QGary   That image is very bright.  What does the text say?  If the screen is frozen, restart your Versa Lite by pressing and holding the button for about ten seconds.

Also please clarify your issue.  You mentioned wallet in your post, but added Versa Lite tag.  The Versa lite doesn't have an NFC chip.

I would like to know if you managed to get out of the screen you mentioned, and if you have followed our friend's @LZeeW  advice.
