Hi.
I placed an order this weekend in the Fitbit store for a grey Versa. I live in Sweden and it is shipped from the Netherlands if I understand correctly. It said it should be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Still no update on the orderpage (although the money is reserved on my account already...). Customer service need 2 days to answer, tried sending them an e-mail today. Really bad that you can't contact them in any other way than via e-mail...
Anyone know if they currently have shipping problems for the Versa?
If I would've known it would take time I would have bought it over the counter. Only ordered since they didn't have the grey Versa in the store.
I am changing from the Charge 2 that I have had for a year now and let on to my son. Currently without Fitbit feeling empty.... 😞

Also, upon checking with Support I was able to see that you have a case with them. The best option is to continue working with them. I'm sure that they can help you further with this and get you back in no time.
